Relax on one of the comfy cushions and abosrb some of the wisdom passed down to me by the tall man who could reach the training manual on the top shelf.

This year our pre-seaosn training is all about recreating the well drilled team which won the DD Cup last year. My car is dirty, but I have yet to devise a reason for using the wax on / wax off method in a softball drill, so I shall instead stick with the usual bits and bobs with a few twists.
